Watford Borough Council
Watford Borough Council, through GHP, worked with film-maker Rayna Nadeem and sculptor Tony Stallard to find a way of turning the Bushey Arches transport interchange into a visually interesting, interactive and informative space which engaged the local community.
Works have now started on a new, stunning and colourful gateway to Watford!
