Hertfordshire County Council
North Hertfordshire worked with the county council, other district councils and other partners in Hertfordshire on ‘Redefining the Concept of ‘Park’ for the 21st Century: Open Space’. Working alongside artist Lorna Green and landscape architect Oliver Rock, they developed a cohesive and multi-use concept of park.
In addition, Hertfordshire County Council invested funding to support the Exposure Bursaries, enabling Hertfordshire artists to benefit from the experience of shadowing GHP projects and learn from this new approach.
