East Herts Council

Through GHP East Herts Council has been working with developer, Barratts Homes, architects, Chetwood Associates, and artist, Alasdair Currie, to create an innovative design for a new footbridge over the river in Bishops Stortford.
Through GHP, the East Herts team also collaborated with digital media artist, Karen Lois Whiteread, to creatively consult with the community on the Sele Estate about their community centre due for redevelopment.
North Hertfordshire worked with the county council, other district councils and other partners in Hertfordshire on ‘Redefining the Concept of ‘Park’ for the 21st Century: Open Space’. Working alongside artist Lorna Green and landscape architect Oliver Rock, they developed a cohesive and multi-use concept of park.
