Capital Development

GHP works with its partners to realise creative-led capital development of open space across arts and environment sectors.

Local authorities are understanding the value of the artist as an essential team member, working alongside planning and regeneration officers to bring about effective arts-led regeneration. The GHP process is showing value for money in by allowing local government professionals to do what they do best, offering them time to think creatively and share ideas.
